Salon Policies
Appointment Reservations
A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file to reserve an appointment.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Any late cancellation or missed appointments will result in a charge up to 100% of the total service price to the credit or debit card on file.
Service Pricing
All listed prices are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on factors such as hair length, density, and the services needed to achieve your desired results. Your stylist or service provider will discuss pricing with you before beginning your service.
Additional Guests & Children
To maintain a relaxing environment, only clients receiving services may attend appointments. We do not allow extra guest or children during your appointment .
Age Requirements
Hair, nail, and spa services are available to clients ages 12 and older.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be redeemed for salon and spa services or retail products. They cannot be used for gratuity, exchanged for cash, or refunded. Gift certificates do not expire.
